Section 16 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, 1967 provides for 20 years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000. District Judge BR Pallavi has sentenced District Judge BR Pallavi to four months' imprisonment for failure to pay a fine.
